Revenue Sources

Non-ad revenue includes all revenue sources except advertisements:

  • Merchandise sales
  • Digital sales (albums, movies, books, games)
  • Streaming revenue
  • Subscription revenue
  • Licensing fees
  • Event ticket sales
  • Tips and donations
  • Other direct revenue

Revenue Split

  • Backers50%
  • Creators30%
  • Platform20%

Backer Earnings

Backers receive 50% of non-ad revenue based on their ownership percentage. If you own 1% of a project's shares, you receive 1% of the backer portion (50% of total revenue). Earnings are distributed monthly and can be withdrawn to your connected payment method.

Creator Earnings

Creators receive 30% of all non-ad revenue from their projects. This ensures creators are fairly compensated for their work while rewarding backers who supported them early.

Platform Fees

The platform keeps 20% of non-ad revenue to cover operational costs, payment processing, and platform maintenance. This is significantly lower than traditional platforms that take 70-90% of revenue.
